How it all began

Waiting for the phone to ring

AiRCare started 20 years ago, focusing on individuals and families who needed help navigating addiction, and most importantly – recovery. Back then, we waited for the phone to ring. But, by then, oftentimes it was almost too late. With that realization came an opportunity to reinvent our approach. How? By partnering with large employers, predicting who needs help the most, calling them on the phone, earning their trust, and preventing what would have made our phone ring back in the day. The ability to predict is complicated, but the phone call couldn’t be more simple, powerful, or effective.
